The service directory

Shape the charter around the people joining you.

Start with preferences, not supplier bookings. Once the yacht, date and group are clear, we confirm what fits the layout and operating plan.

01

Food & beverage

Dining planned for the yacht

Choose the service style first. Menus, dietary needs, galley access and guest numbers are confirmed before a supplier is booked.

01

Private Chef

A chef-led menu prepared or finished on board.

Plan a plated lunch, tasting menu or relaxed family-style dinner around the yacht's galley, charter time and service space.

02

Yacht Catering

Canapes, sharing menus, buffets or plated courses.

Catering is scaled to the guest count and boarding time, with delivery, setup, service ware and dietary requests included in the brief.

03

Live BBQ & Seafood

Fresh grilling and seafood service where the yacht permits it.

A live station can create a more social meal, subject to deck layout, ventilation, marina rules and the captain's operating approval.

04

Sushi & Vegetarian Menus

Focused menus with plant-forward and sushi options.

Build a menu around vegetarian, vegan or sushi preferences and disclose allergies early so preparation and cross-contact can be discussed.

05

Romantic Private Dinner

A table-for-two concept timed around the skyline or sunset.

Combine a suitable yacht, discreet table styling and a chef or catered menu without turning a private moment into an overproduced event.

02

Entertainment & wellness

Set the mood without crowding the deck

Entertainment is matched to available power, sound limits, deck space and the character of your group.

01

Private DJ

A tailored set with equipment matched to the yacht.

Share preferred genres, key songs and the event schedule. We then confirm the booth position, sound connection and permitted operating window.

02

Dancers, Singers & Saxophone

Live performance shaped around one or more moments.

Book an arrival set, sunset performance or party segment rather than filling the entire charter, with space and amplification checked in advance.

03

Private Magician

Close-up entertainment or a compact hosted show.

A magician works especially well while guests mingle or between dining courses, provided the yacht offers a stable and suitable performance area.

04

Massage Therapists

On-board treatments in a private, shaded setting.

Therapist numbers, session length, privacy and a safe treatment position are planned around the yacht layout and cruising schedule.

05

Private Fishing

Equipment and guidance for a dedicated fishing plan.

Fishing requires the right yacht, route, timing and equipment. It is quoted as a specific itinerary rather than added casually to a sightseeing cruise.

03

Crew, decor & extras

Finish the practical and visual details

Extra people, styling and equipment are coordinated with the operator so boarding, safety and cleanup remain part of the plan.

01

Hostesses & Waiters

Additional guest-facing service for food, drinks and hosting.

Add service staff when the guest count or dining format needs more attention than the yacht's standard marine crew can reasonably provide.

02

Hospitality Crew

A broader service team for complex or high-volume events.

For larger productions, hospitality roles are scoped around guest arrival, service stations, timing, supplier handovers and departure.

03

Yacht & Event Decorations

A coordinated theme installed before guests board.

Select a restrained colour direction or a fuller event concept. Every fixture must respect surfaces, access routes and marine safety requirements.

04

Roses & Flower Decor

Floral arrangements and petal details sized for the setting.

Flowers can frame a dining table, proposal point or welcome area, with wind, heat and cleanup considered before the final design is approved.

05

Luxury Video & Photoshoot

Professional photo and video coverage for the charter.

Plan the shot list, light, route and delivery format in advance. Drone use is included only when permissions and operating conditions allow it.

06

VIP Transport & Water Toys

Chauffeur coordination or approved on-water equipment.

Connect hotel or airport transfers to boarding, or request Seabob, jet ski and similar equipment subject to yacht compatibility, permits and conditions.

One coordinated brief

From preferences to one written plan.

No add-on is final until its price, timing, supplier and yacht compatibility appear in the proposal.

01

Choose the yacht and date

Guest count, occasion and duration determine the practical base for every service.

02

Select what interests you

Add one or several options without committing to them or paying at enquiry stage.

03

Approve an itemised quote

We confirm availability and show charter and optional service costs separately.

Before adding services

Practical questions, answered clearly

Are yacht services included in the published charter price?

No. Unless a yacht page or written proposal says otherwise, catering, entertainment, styling, extra hospitality staff, transfers and water activities are optional. They are itemised before you approve the booking.

Can every add-on be arranged on every yacht?

Not always. Capacity, deck space, power, galley equipment, marina rules, permits, weather and the captain's safety requirements can affect what is practical. We check compatibility before confirming a supplier.

When should I request catering, a DJ or decorations?

Include them in the first enquiry where possible. Menus, performers and custom decor benefit from additional planning time, while popular dates can reduce supplier availability.

How are add-on prices calculated?

The quote depends on guest count, service duration, menu or production scope, yacht access and supplier availability. Selecting an option is a request for pricing, not a purchase or final booking.

Can dietary and allergy requirements be accommodated?

Often, but they must be disclosed before a menu is approved. The caterer or chef confirms what can be prepared and explains any cross-contact limitations for the selected service setup.
