Guest cancellation
Notify the concierge in writing as soon as plans change. Refundability, rescheduling and retained deposits follow the deadlines stated in the accepted proposal. A no-show or late arrival may result in loss of charter time or payment.
Weather and operational changes
The captain or operator decides whether conditions are safe. Where a charter cannot operate, the yacht-specific terms determine rescheduling, credit or refund. A route adjustment for safe operation is not automatically a cancellation.
