Small groups
For couples and groups up to twelve, prioritise shade, seating, a washroom and an easy route. Paying for unused event space rarely improves an intimate charter.

Social and event groups
Between fifteen and forty guests, look at circulation, music, dining and the division between indoor and outdoor areas. Larger events need space for crew and suppliers as well as guests.
For fifty guests or more, treat the yacht as an event venue. Request a layout review and explain whether the group will stand, dine or watch a presentation.
