The yacht is the venue
For smaller birthdays, comfortable seating and an easy swim stop may matter more than a dance floor. Larger celebrations need space for guests to move, a clear food-service area and enough time for setup before boarding. Tell us the style of event, not just the headcount.
A sunset departure creates a natural visual moment, but it is also one of the most requested time slots. Flexible weekday or afternoon timing can open more yacht choices and should be considered before the invitations are final.

Add-ons stay optional
Cake, balloons, floral styling, DJs, photographers, catering and beverages can be discussed after the yacht is shortlisted. Every service needs its own confirmed price and practical setup plan. Guests may also have dietary, mobility or age considerations that affect the best arrangement.
We favour a concise event schedule: boarding, welcome, main route, cake or meal, photographs and return. That leaves room to enjoy the yacht instead of treating every minute as a production cue.
