1. Build the brief
Choose a date or window, guest count, preferred duration and purpose. Add a budget if you want the concierge to shortlist rather than quote one model.

2. Review the written quote
Check yacht name, capacity, times, boarding area, route, inclusions, VAT, extras, deposit and cancellation conditions. Ask questions before paying.

3. Confirm and prepare
A deposit locks the booking only when a written confirmation is issued. Send final guest and service details by the stated deadlines, then use the final marina and berth instructions rather than an earlier estimate.
