Enquiries may include your name, contact details, date, group size, yacht preference, budget, message and consent record. We also store attribution fields such as landing page and campaign identifiers when permitted. Security logs may contain a salted identifier derived from an IP address.

Use, sharing and retention
Data is used to answer and manage your request, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and—where permitted—measure advertising. Relevant details may be shared with the selected yacht operator or supplier to prepare and fulfil a quote. Lead records are deleted or anonymised after twelve months unless a booking, legal duty or active relationship requires longer retention.
