Information we collect
Enquiries may include your name, contact details, date, group size, yacht preference, budget, message and consent record. When permitted, we store the landing page, campaign parameters and Google click identifiers such as GCLID, WBRAID or GBRAID to attribute an enquiry. Security logs may contain a salted identifier derived from an IP address.
Use, sharing and retention
Data is used to answer and manage your request, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and—where permitted—measure Google Analytics and Google Ads performance. Google tags can send limited cookieless measurement signals when storage is denied; advertising identifiers are not stored by us without advertising consent. Relevant enquiry details may be shared with the selected yacht operator or supplier to prepare and fulfil a quote. Lead records are deleted or anonymised after twelve months unless a booking, legal duty or active relationship requires longer retention.
