Plan for comfort below the maximum
Licensed capacity is a safety limit, not a promise that every guest can dine or dance in the same area. For a social event, allow room for service, photography and movement between decks. The concierge can explain which layouts work well for your intended group size.
Share the age profile and event tone. A family celebration and a late-night music event may need different yachts even when the number of guests is identical.

Sound, food and timings
Most yachts provide a sound system, but larger events may need an approved DJ or production setup. Catering and beverages must fit the galley, service area and charter duration. Suppliers cannot be assumed to have unlimited setup access at the marina.
A written run sheet aligns boarding, music, food, photographs and return time while leaving the captain responsible for safe navigation. All optional services remain subject to availability and written confirmation.
