Treat NYE as a special operation
Normal hourly rates and routes should not be assumed for 31 December. Yachts may be offered as fixed-duration packages, marina access can change and the captain remains bound by temporary marine controls. A quote is valid only for the yacht, package and deadline stated in writing.
Guests should receive transport and arrival instructions well in advance. Late boarding is particularly difficult when roads, marinas and waterways are operating under event restrictions.

Reserve only after reviewing the full proposal
Check capacity, charter times, food and drink, entertainment, viewing expectations, VAT, deposit schedule and cancellation conditions. Fireworks are visible from many areas of the coast, but no moving yacht can guarantee an unobstructed stationary position unless that anchoring plan is explicitly approved.
